About This Role
- Manage and support complex IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Lead patch and vulnerability management processes including Qualys operations and reporting.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to Exchange Online, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and user lifecycle management workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering roles (L2/L3 level).
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation of Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and Office 365 tasks.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Office 365 tenant administration, Exchange Online and Hybrid environments.
- Location: Bangalore; Employment Type: Full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in medium to large scale IT infrastructure with ability to handle complex incidents end-to-end.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, AD, M365, and endpoints with logical and structured approach.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk tools to adhere to SLAs and drive root cause analysis.
