About This Role
- Design, implement, and manage next-generation CI/CD release automation infrastructure using Tekton (CI) and Harness.io (CD).
- Integrate automated quality gates, compliance, and security scanning tools into the CI/CD toolchain to ensure code and deployment standards.
- Develop GenAI-powered automation solutions for PR reviews, project reviews, and documentation to enhance developer efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or CI/CD engineering or equivalent automation-focused software engineering role.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tooling specifically Tekton and Harness (or Jenkins and GitLab CI).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on technical contributor skilled in pipeline automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible for provisioning across OpenShift, AWS EKS, and RHEL.
- Familiarity with integrating security and quality scanning tools and consuming GenAI APIs for automation workflows in Agile/Scrum teams.
