About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy PEGA-based BPM software solutions in a hybrid Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams including development, QA, and product management to deliver quality software.
- Support business and production applications by analyzing incidents, finding root causes, correcting defects, and maintaining code quality within PEGA Guardrails.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 3+ years equivalent IT experience.
- Certifications required: Pega CSA and Pega CSSA.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Process Management or related field with extensive experience in PEGA software.
- Work mode: Hybrid location Bengaluru; Work schedule: 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
