About This Role
- Lead design and development of enterprise-level applications using Java and Python, ensuring scalable, resilient, and low-latency solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical design, deliver high quality code, and provide SME support to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor, control development processes, provide operational application support, and mentor junior programmers, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total work experience with at least 5 years in Python and Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Framework, Maven, RDBMS, Unix/Linux commands, and event-driven design.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (OpenShift, AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; must be located in Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior developer comfortable with both backend and full-stack technologies including React, Python, Java, and enterprise frameworks.
- Capable of leading development initiatives with some leadership responsibilities and mentoring junior team members.
- Proficient in managing projects in high-pressure environments, agile and waterfall methodologies, and delivering solutions across distributed teams.
