About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and user-facing Power BI reports and apps using Microsoft Fabric.
- Own delivery lifecycle from discovery, prototyping, validation to production support ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and adherence to governance policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable data products and actionable business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions in BI, analytics, or data engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components: Data Factory pipelines, Gen2 dataflows, Lakehouse and/or Data Warehouse, and Power BI (datasets, reports, apps).
- Experience with dimensional modeling, semantic modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and BI security models (e.g., RLS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Able to manage ambiguity and deliver scalable, maintainable BI products focusing on data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones (EU/US), with cross-functional teams and in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
