About This Role
- Drive development and implementation of analytical solutions to support key banking operations and analytics objectives within COO.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Python, Power BI to present KPIs and operational metrics.
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks using scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation, Data/Information Management Analyst roles with proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, PySpark, Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM is required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with banking operations analytics and knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
