About This Role
- Support State Lead in implementing and scaling education programs across districts in Odisha, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Coordinate government and partner engagement to facilitate approvals, capacity building, and integration of digital and future skills in government schools.
- Oversee program monitoring, data analysis, reporting, and team development to maintain alignment with state education priorities and program milestones.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–8 years of relevant experience managing education programs within government secondary and higher secondary school systems.
- Experience managing multi-district programs and working with field teams.
- Strong familiarity with Indian education ecosystem, including NEP and Odisha educational context; experience with digital literacy, computational thinking, or life and career skills integration.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha; proficiency in English and Odia; strong communication, facilitation, and IT skills.

- Experienced in multi-level program management with demonstrated ability to coordinate with government departments and educational stakeholders at state and district levels.
