About This Role
- Own and deliver the roadmap for a scalable Ads Platform facilitating multiple lender partners and product innovations.
- Align and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful platform growth and agility in onboarding new lenders.
- Lead and inspire a team overseeing product management and platform delivery at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years total work experience, with at least 3 years focused on product management at scale.
- Experience managing a team of 2-4 Product Managers.
- Experience with Ads Products is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is expected.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years with 3 years in product management at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building platform products for high scale businesses, preferably in Ads or related domains.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align and drive cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven leadership capability to inspire and manage mid-sized product teams within fast-evolving technical environments.
