About This Role
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with modern technology companies (AI, LLM, hyperscalers, frontier labs) to enhance RTX’s enterprise capabilities.
- Analyze Aerospace & Defense competitive trends and drive partnership strategies that contribute to RTX’s industry advantage.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, produce strategic roadmaps, and influence senior leadership with insights and partnership opportunities aligned to business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- University Degree required; Advanced Degree plus 7 years or Bachelor’s plus 10 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, analysis, and partnership development.
- Proficient in executive-level storytelling, presentation, and strategy documentation.
- Hybrid work location in Bengaluru, India; able to commute to onsite location as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in AI/emerging technologies with ability to quantify and prioritize customer value.
- Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated execution discipline, preferably from top-tier consulting or banking firms.
- Exposure to commercial Aerospace or Defense industry and skilled at managing senior leadership alignment and diverse stakeholders.
