About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems for enterprise business applications.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrating diverse data sources and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Ensure production-readiness, security, scalability, and compliance of AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams for architecture and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or AI solution design involving enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization (Docker), REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable, secure AI systems aligned with enterprise transformation goals, especially using LLMs and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Comfortable working in large-scale enterprise or industry-specific environments such as telecom, manufacturing, or automotive.
- Familiar with AI orchestration tools, workflow platforms, AI governance, and responsible AI practices to ensure solution robustness and compliance.
