Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with UK GAAP; experience with US/SEC reporting required.
Experience working in multi-entity or multi-group organizations with month-end and quarter-end close support.
Experienced in both technical accounting and commercial FP&A within US and UK finance environments, ideally biotech/life sciences sector.
Capable of shifting between detailed accounting analysis and high-level FP&A, working closely with Controllers and senior finance leadership.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and is comfortable operating in complex multi-entity group structures with regulatory and reporting requirements.
