About This Role
- Lead design and development of new technology initiatives, including building features and driving architecture for device management platform.
- Solve largest and most complex engineering problems with limited requirements visibility, collaborating with UX and Product teams to define solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and influence across multiple engineering teams to build highly available, reliable, and performant solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience including leading complex engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in Go programming and familiarity with Java, Typescript, or other languages.
- Domain expertise in Apple/Windows/Android Device Management, specifically MDM, policy management, and enrollment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, SaaS architecture, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with proven ability to lead large-scale, distributed systems projects in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Deep technical knowledge and experience in device management architectures across multiple OS platforms.
- Capable of working in ambiguous environments to clarify requirements and deliver business-impacting technology solutions across teams.
