Comfortable operating in a matrixed, globally distributed organization requiring strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and manage remote, outsourced partners.
Strong technical background enabling credible engagement in engineering discussions and trade-off decisions, with familiarity in Python, React, C++, Go, and modern AI engineering concepts.
