About This Role
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end Invoice to Cash operations including Accounts Receivable, Treasury Back Office, Collection Services, and Intercompany Reconciliation ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regional guidelines.
- Drive operational excellence by managing service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs, implement continuous improvements, and ensure accurate financial transaction processing and risk management.
- Manage and develop a team (10+ members) focusing on employee development, retention, talent pool building, resource planning, and performance management while collaborating closely with global and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18 years of Finance and Accounting experience, including 2-3 years managing a team of over 10 FTE.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; professional body membership or eligibility (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Debt Collection, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and experience with financial processes and compliance.
- Proficiency in English and advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge advantageous but not mandatory; experience in shared services or multinational companies preferred.
