Strong knowledge of Debt Collection, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and experience with financial processes and compliance.
Proficiency in English and advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge advantageous but not mandatory; experience in shared services or multinational companies preferred.
Experienced leader capable of managing large teams with a focus on operational excellence and service quality in Finance functions within global or shared service environments.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships globally, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Treasury operations, and debt recovery combined with project management experience, preferably in international settings.
