About This Role
- Oversee accurate accounting and finance controls including audits and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance and resolution of tax-related issues including GST ITC validation and tax audits.
- Support project financials, treasury functions, and the financial review/planning of strategic business units including M&A and tax planning activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Total work experience: 8-12 years in Finance & Accounts.
- Mandatory qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience in handling accounting standards, tax compliance, audits, and financial controls.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years as stated explicitly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing comprehensive finance functions including accounting, taxation, project finance, and treasury in a large/complex organization.
- Ability to handle strategic financial planning including M&A and tax planning for business units or multiple entities.
- Experience working closely with digitalization/automation initiatives and coordinating with global/shared service centers (GCC).
