About This Role
- Lead analysis and design of SAP FICO business processes including fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, and technical delivery coordination.
- Manage end-to-end testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and support production finance systems and associated processes.
- Guide and mentor BA team members, collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure quality system releases following change management protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling and SAP BPC supporting finance business applications.
- Strong expertise in Finance business processes: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost center accounting, Internal Order, Profitability Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional finance accreditation preferred (e.g., CA, CPA, ICWA, CMA).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in relevant SAP FICO finance domain.

- Experienced business systems analyst with deep functional and technical understanding of SAP FICO finance modules and integration.
- Capable of independently analyzing complex business processes and leading cross-team collaborations with attention to detail.
