About This Role
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market insights.
- Manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies while delivering strong candidate slates and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process, including offer recommendation support based on market data.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated success.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles with emphasis on client and candidate communication.
- Capable of interpreting market data to advise hiring leaders on offers and recruitment strategy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or RPO environment with collaboration across stakeholders.
