About This Role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process including candidate engagement and conducting interviews.
- Develop and execute talent attraction strategies including job marketing and active sourcing to build a dynamic talent pool.
- Evaluate and classify applicants to ensure alignment with organizational needs and support efficient selection.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting.
- Preferably Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Must live close to the Kolkata area.
