Strong understanding of SPV accounting, real estate structures, operational processes, reporting cycles, and review expectations.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of private and/or public accounting experience.
Experience in designing, leading, and implementing training programs and operational capability-building initiatives across multiple teams.
Ability to translate complex accounting, operational and system processes into clear, practical learning materials and maintain training documentation.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders across multiple global locations.
