About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of CFA warehouse operations including inventory control, distribution, and customer service to meet O2D targets, TAT adherence, and First Fill Rate.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives such as process optimization, productivity improvements, digital transformation (WMS/SAP), and compliance to drive business performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage and develop a large workforce (400+ 3PL personnel) and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Demand Planning, Logistics, Sales, etc.) to align warehouse operations with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industries.
- Mandatory proficiency in SAP / SAP EWM and WMS platforms for warehouse operations and digital transformation.
- Educational qualification: BE / B.Tech / MBA.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in warehouse management explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automotive or automotive ancillary spares warehouse operations with proven ability to meet strict O2D and service level KPIs.
- Strong leadership record managing large teams (400+ personnel) and driving cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven expertise in warehouse operational excellence including process optimization, Lean/TPM, digital transformation, and compliance management.
