About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations including materials planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and transportation across multiple locations: CGT Ahilyanagar, CGT Ranjangaon, and OMCS Pune.
- Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with corporate supply chain initiatives and Cummins Operating System to enhance efficiency and meet performance targets.
- Develop and manage supply chain KPIs, analyze trends, mitigate supplier constraints, and oversee annual operating plans including expenses and capital.
Minimum Requirements
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Significant relevant experience required; 5-7 years preferred in supply chain management.
- Must have experience leading multi-location supply chain teams with end-to-end operational responsibility.
- Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

- Experienced in managing complex supply chains involving material planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance across multiple manufacturing and outsourced sites.
- Strong operational focus on continuous improvement, KPI management, and balancing inventory, cost, and delivery trade-offs.
