About This Role
- Execute and support day-to-day operational activities across service centres, hubs, warehouses, and processing units ensuring shipment accuracy and operational productivity.
- Assist Shift In-charges by allocating work, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring SOP compliance.
- Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and drive consistent execution across operational workstations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10th Standard Pass minimum; higher qualifications preferred.
- 3–6 years relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual handling of shipments; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication, computer literacy, and handheld scanner/mobile application proficiency required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with knowledge of handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Capable of coaching junior staff and assisting shift supervisors in operational coordination and exception handling.
- Strong operational discipline with attention to safety, accuracy, productivity, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
