About This Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand and solve employer benefits challenges through software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, test-driven microservices and applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Support live applications with proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient in C#, Python, REST API design (ASP.NET), and relational databases (MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL).
- Experience with modern web UI frameworks like Angular or React.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test-driven development (TDD, BDD) and microservice/vertical slice architecture.
- Able to analyze and improve existing systems and engineering processes.
- Comfortable operating in collaborative, data-driven environments working closely with product managers and customers to deliver impactful software solutions.
