About This Role
- Lead automation and functional testing for insurance web applications and APIs using Playwright and other tools.
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software ensuring compliance with industry regulations and integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI-driven approaches to accelerate test automation development, reduce manual effort, and improve test coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience in automation, functional testing, and full stack development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Playwright, manual/functional testing, AI tools, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and experience with Selenium, APIs, SQL.
- Experience or background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain and familiarity with Mainframe environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving quality engineering initiatives within insurance technology, especially P&C domain projects.
- Strong programming and automation skills with a proven track record in large-scale project delivery involving CI/CD integration.
- Capable of working across onshore and offshore teams with excellent communication and leadership to achieve engineering excellence.
