About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter solutions covering configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Participate in full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support, ensuring solution quality and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving development processes and standards in an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience specifically in Guidewire development and implementation.
- Strong skills in GOSU, Java, XML, SQL, and extensive Guidewire configuration and integration experience.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in Guidewire development as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter modules with deep technical hands-on in configuration and integration.
- Comfortable working in Agile settings with full ownership of SDLC phases and mentoring responsibilities.
- Possesses Guidewire certifications and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as plus points.
