About This Role
- Own engineering, monitoring, and maintenance of Active Directory systems including Domain Controllers and ancillary directory services.
- Provide technical support across directory services technologies such as Active Directory, Active Roles Server (ARS), CyberArk, and Azure AD (Entra), encompassing production support and project involvement.
- Lead process design and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and system stability, focusing on patching, currency, and platform health.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting directory services and/or identity management technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, domain controller functionality, and Intel servers.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years supporting directory services and/or identity management related technologies.

- Experienced in production and system support with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven decision-maker with skills in influencing stakeholders and implementing process improvements.
