Own roadmap execution, sprint predictability, delivery quality, architecture, and engineering standards including observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices and oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments, incident management, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
8–15 years of total software engineering experience with 3+ years managing or leading engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, microservices architecture, Clean Architecture, DDD, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous system design.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Azure or AWS cloud, Kubernetes, and engineering quality practices including observability tools like OpenTelemetry.
Location: Pune (Work from Office).

Experienced engineering leader with proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop software engineers in cross-functional teams delivering complex products.
Technical depth in .NET ecosystem, microservices, cloud, container orchestration, and AI-assisted engineering workflows expecting hands-on involvement in architecture and critical code reviews.
Strong operational ownership including incident management, SLAs/SLOs, capacity planning, cost optimization, and stakeholder management aligning technical and business goals.
