Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on design and implementation of multiple ServiceNow ITOM modules in complex environments.
Skilled in automation and integration between ServiceNow ITOM and diverse IT infrastructure components.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and experience participating in incident, problem, and change management related to ITOM.
