Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, preferably with data-intensive or high-volume transactional systems.
Strong skills in designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native backend services using modern languages like Typescript or Java.
Hands-on experience with NoSQL/document databases (preferably MongoDB), Azure cloud platform, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps).
Based in Bangalore, India; Fluent English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working with distributed systems, domain-driven design, clean architecture, and engineering best practices in agile environments.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, distributed team and collaborating across multiple disciplines including architects and product owners.
Capable of ownership over architecture decisions and proactively driving improvements in code quality, system performance, and production stability.
