About This Role
- Design, build, and lead India-based Platform Engineering team, owning full platform stack including CI/CD, project management, observability, and Quality Engineering toolsets.
- Define and govern platform strategy, service catalogue, architecture alignment, and tool rationalization across 20+ tools to enable efficient DevOps and Quality Engineering.
- Manage outsourced delivery partners (HCLTech), oversee platform operations including incident/problem/change management, and drive platform modernization and AI-powered test automation transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in IT/engineering with significant experience in DevOps, platform or quality engineering leadership.
- Proven experience leading/managing engineering teams including managing managers, especially in international or offshore delivery contexts.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise DevSecOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence) and Quality Engineering/test automation tools (e.g., HP ALM, Selenium, LoadRunner).
- Experience with platform strategy, governance, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), security/compliance, and managing outsourced delivery partners.

- Skilled in strategic platform management with ability to rationalize complex toolsets and deliver measurable improvements in platform operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to operate credibly with senior leadership and collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.
