About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise Java and cloud-based applications.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for solution architecture, cloud adoption, application modernization, and foster engineering best practices including AI adoption and productivity improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, Azure Cloud, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience managing large-scale application delivery programs using Agile methodologies.

- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple cross-functional engineering teams with strong program delivery and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep technical background in Java ecosystem and cloud-native application architectures, especially Azure Cloud and Microservices.
