About This Role
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance backend web applications using Python within a cloud-native AI/ML big-data analytics context.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain engineering standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in backend development with strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from accredited institutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Data Scrubbing and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy), databases (MySQL, NoSQL), security best practices, and unit testing frameworks.

- Proven ability to lead development teams in building cloud-native, AI/ML big-data analytics software products at scale.
- Strong backend engineering skills with deep Python expertise and familiarity with microservices and cloud infrastructure.
