About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital products, customer-facing applications, and enterprise technology platforms with a focus on engineering quality and operational metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams including software engineers, technical leads, and architects, implementing career development initiatives.
- Drive Agile practices, manage sprint planning, release management, and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with technology standards and organizational goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, application development, and technology leadership.
- Proven experience managing teams of engineers, technical leads, architects, and engineering managers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, computer science, or related discipline.
- Strong technical expertise in web/mobile application development and AWS cloud-native architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader strong in managing and scaling multi-disciplinary engineering teams in enterprise-grade digital platform delivery.
- Hands-on with modern technology stacks such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS and AWS services.
- Able to establish and monitor engineering standards, metrics, and best practices including CI/CD, DevSecOps, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
