Minimum Requirements

Mandatory technical skills: Drupal development and theming, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, AWS cloud-native and serverless application development, Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/TypeScript), API and event-driven architectures, DynamoDB/NoSQL, cloud security (IAM, OAuth2), DevOps/CI-CD (GitHub Actions), monitoring and production support, WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Drupal AI) and modern software delivery workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full software development lifecycle involving Drupal CMS and AWS cloud-native environments with strong automation focus.
Demonstrates capabilities in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural and technical decisions.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse roles (product, architecture, platform engineers) and driving continuous improvement in agile delivery processes and engineering standards.
