About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and continuous monitoring of the Peer-Teaching Program targeting student agency in Varanasi and Sambhal districts.
- Collaborate with government education departments (SCERT, DIET, Block & Cluster level) and internal teams to ensure program adoption and impact.
- Develop strategic plans and design educational assets, incorporating feedback loops and data analysis to refine program implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in any field required; Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years minimum experience in designing education programs with preference for independent project leadership.
- Fluency in written and verbal Hindi and English.
- Experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, and session design for both student and adult learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with government education systems and familiar with district/state level program adoption challenges.
- Demonstrates strong planning and collaborative skills aligned with multi-stakeholder program design and implementation.
- Comfortable operating in cross-functional roles involving research, M&E, and strategic program development in educational contexts.
