About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of student agency programs focusing on foundational literacy, numeracy, and project-based learning across all blocks in the district.
- Strengthen systems and processes by building implementation capability at Block and Cluster Academic Centers, facilitate data-driven decision-making through Monitoring & Evaluation, and ensure continuous program improvement.
- Manage and build sustained relationships with government officials, block and school stakeholders, and civil society organizations to support program outcomes and partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the education sector.
- Undergraduate degree in any stream is mandatory; master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi (verbal and reading) required; ability to travel frequently to schools, government offices, and stakeholder locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, official letter drafting, data collection, data analysis, and basic statistics knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing education programs with focus on student leadership and agency at scale within government school settings.
- Ability to engage effectively with multiple government stakeholders and civil society organizations to ensure program buy-in and execution.
- Comfortable with on-ground operational work including frequent travel and relationship management to achieve program goals.
