About This Role
- Lead the Agency Collective, a national initiative to build student agency in India’s education ecosystem.
- Manage partnerships, advocacy efforts, and ensure quality coordination of the Collective’s core pillars and initiatives.
- Represent the Collective in policy forums, convene ecosystem stakeholders, and drive visibility and strategic ecosystem positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in education, social impact, or a related field.
- Proven ability in advocacy, partnership building, and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives or coalitions.
- Strong communication skills with experience synthesizing complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Location Requirement: Bangalore; Immediate joining preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing strategic partnerships across diverse organisations within education or social impact sectors.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing strategic vision and operational detail.
- Familiarity or network within the Indian education ecosystem and experience in advocacy or ecosystem-building roles.
