About This Role
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the Peer Teaching program in a district/block including onboarding and engagement of students through teachers and academic coordinators.
- Build and maintain relationships with state, district officials, government bodies, and CSOs to secure sustained program buy-in and support.
- Oversee data collection, documentation, and reporting for program progress, challenges, and funder/stakeholder transparency to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the education sector with team management experience.
- Undergraduate degree mandatory; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi (verbal and reading) required; onsite role based in Bhagalpur, Bihar with extensive travel to schools and government offices.
- Strong skills in data collection, data analysis, and operational data structuring.

- Demonstrated capability in planning, on-ground execution, and relationship-building in an education sector role involving multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a rural/field environment requiring travel and patience managing long-term education outcomes.
