About This Role
- Manage end-to-end customer-facing software and AI delivery projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Lead coordination across cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success through project phases.
- Drive delivery discipline in strategic enterprise engagements while also mentoring and developing team members as a player-coach.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing software or SaaS delivery projects, including enterprise-scale engagements.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies in technical or AI-adjacent environments.
- Willingness to work hybrid from New York City or Mountain View offices (2-3 days per week).
- PMP certification preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing conversational AI, LLM, or NLU delivery projects with customer-facing exposure.
- Able to assess AI use cases, data readiness, model performance, and handle AI-specific risks like data quality and hallucination concerns.
- Effective communicator comfortable engaging both technical and executive stakeholders, with a proactive problem-solving and escalation management approach.
