About This Role
- Define and lead multi-year product vision and roadmap for Okta's Growth & Talent technology portfolio.
- Drive modernization initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management platforms with measurable ROI and operational impact.
- Collaborate globally with technical and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into product specifications and integrate AI-driven automation responsibly.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management for enterprise HR/Talent platforms or complex B2B SaaS at global scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep experience with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development systems, including platforms like Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday Talent.
- Experience in building strategic product roadmaps and business cases demonstrating ROI and operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled at working autonomously across global distributed teams and time zones (US/APAC/EMEA).
- Strong technical fluency with proven ability to translate complex business requirements into product specs and partner with delivery teams on system integrations.
- Domain expert in enterprise talent technology ecosystems with practical knowledge of AI integration, ethical AI standards, and compliance in HR automation.
