About This Role
- Own and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital payment products, focusing on credit and debit card ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, development, launch, and post-launch optimization of payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and monitor product performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of product management experience in payments, banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit and debit card lifecycle management, issuer/processor/payment network ecosystems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and delivering digital products from concept to launch.
- Location: Pune (onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex payment products involving transaction processing and customer engagement.
- Experience with account-level customer data analysis for segmentation, personalization, and data-driven product enhancements.
- Proven skill in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations within large organizations.
