Demonstrated ability to manage complex payment products involving transaction processing and customer engagement.
Experience with account-level customer data analysis for segmentation, personalization, and data-driven product enhancements.
Proven skill in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations within large organizations.
