About This Role
- Drive delivery and governance of complex technology projects and programs within Wholesale Lending Technology.
- Enable AI integration into agile delivery processes to improve automation, flow, transparency, and risk alignment.
- Coach multiple teams and product owners on agile methodologies, facilitate large groups, and champion continuous improvement activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience coaching agile teams and managing complex technology projects in large organizations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM Suite) integrated with JIRA for workflow automation and issue management.
- Proven experience in release management (planning, readiness, dependency management, go/no-go, cutover, stabilization).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced agile coach with a strong background in AI-enabled delivery and automation within large financial technology environments.
- Proficient in multiple agile frameworks including Agile, Scrum, LeSS, Kanban, and XP, with ability to mentor and influence at various organizational levels.
- Capable of validating AI-assisted insights respecting data sensitivity and responsible AI practices, ensuring alignment to delivery standards and risk controls.
