About This Role
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of the Adlumin XDR/MDR platform, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
- Translate security operations challenges into clear product requirements and lead cross-functional teams with engineering, data science, and SOC to improve detection quality, response time, and analyst efficiency.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on XDR, MDR, SIEM, EDR, SecOps markets and trends, and define success metrics for adoption, retention, efficacy, and economics, acting to optimize product outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including work on technical B2B or security products.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and lifecycle in cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, identity, endpoint, network, email, or vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product capabilities and workflows (desired but not strictly mandatory).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in product management, including technical and security product experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently own and drive product vision and decision-making with limited supervision.
- Strong product intuition for making trade-offs and delivering useful outcomes under time pressure, particularly for security practitioners.
- Domain expertise spanning multiple cybersecurity subfields and hands-on experience or involvement with XDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or SOC operations.
