About This Role
- Drive successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs within Wholesale Lending Technology at JPMorganChase.
- Lead AI enablement by integrating enterprise AI tools into Agile delivery practices, improving governance, automation, flow, transparency, and risk alignment.
- Coach multiple Agile teams and product owners, facilitating collaboration, continuous improvement, and release management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience coaching Agile methodologies and leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM Suite) integrated with JIRA for automation and issue management.
- Proven expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks, including Scaled Agile frameworks like LeSS, Kanban, and XP.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years relevant domain experience explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Agile coach with strong capability to integrate AI tools for delivery improvements and automation within large-scale financial tech environments.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional teams (30+ members) and managing end-to-end release governance partnering with product, engineering, and operations.
- Comfortable operating in technology-forward settings with awareness of emerging AI trends, responsible AI use, and continuous process innovations.
