Experienced in managing multi-district women’s enterprise or livelihoods programmes, especially working with SHGs, VOs, CLFs, and NRLM/SRLM convergence in Maharashtra.
Strong capability managing CSR-funded projects including instalment funding, utilization certificates, statutory reporting, and audits.
Operationally strong, able to maintain discipline in planning, budgeting, and MIS with evidence-driven decision-making, credible with district officials and corporate CSR teams.
