About This Role
- Lead day-to-day operational management of Project Annapurna across 3 districts and 15 blocks, including delivery calendar, field team oversight, ARC rollout, and budget tracking.
- Own mobilisation of 12,000 women from 1,200 SHGs and manage partnerships, compliance (FSSAI licensing), and convergence with government schemes like PMFME and MSME registrations.
- Manage project budget, donor reporting, risk register, and compliance with CSR instalment schedules and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Rural Management, Agribusiness, Development Studies, Social Work or Management from reputed institutes (e.g., IRMA, TISS).
- 8-10 years of sector experience including 5+ years managing multi-district livelihoods or women’s enterprise programmes with teams of 10+.
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory; proficiency in Hindi and donor-grade written English required.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years with specified multi-district programme and CSR compliance experience; Extensive travel within Maharashtra (Thane, Pune, Raigad).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-district women’s enterprise or livelihoods programmes, especially working with SHGs, VOs, CLFs, and NRLM/SRLM convergence in Maharashtra.
- Strong capability managing CSR-funded projects including instalment funding, utilization certificates, statutory reporting, and audits.
- Operationally strong, able to maintain discipline in planning, budgeting, and MIS with evidence-driven decision-making, credible with district officials and corporate CSR teams.
