6+ years experience in Environmental Health and Safety worldwide regulations or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and other required security screenings.
Work onsite at one of Microsoft’s data centers in the Asia Pacific region; occasional travel required.
Experienced in environmental permitting and compliance management specifically within the Asia Pacific region.
Familiarity with environmental management tools such as Enhesa, Regscan, EIA Tracker, Enablon, Intelex or similar platforms.
Able to work independently, coordinate cross-functionally with legal, sustainability teams, facility personnel, and regulatory agencies in a dynamic, operational environment.
