About This Role
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned to business needs.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements for ServiceNow implementation.
- Support testing including UAT, defect management, and ensure readiness for go-live while collaborating with development and architecture teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and SPM.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with developers, architects, and process owners to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in translating complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Comfortable leading workshops and managing multi-stakeholder communication in Agile environments.
