Associate - Data Warehouse(497)

Design and implement data warehouse architectures and lead development of reporting solutions to address business problems.

Optimize ETL processes and database performance to improve system efficiency and support project delivery and client communication.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications including client interactions and team coordination in a consulting environment.

1-3 years of consulting-industry experience in data warehousing or related analytics roles.

Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a Tier-I or Tier-II institution.

Strong understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical datasets and their application in analytics.

Must be willing and able to work with 3-4 hours overlap with US working hours.

Experienced in translating complex business requirements into technical data solutions within consulting projects.

Skilled in project and people management, capable of leading teams with minimal supervision and handling multiple projects concurrently.

Comfortable working in international matrix environments supporting US clients with strong communication skills.
