Associate - Advanced Analytics

Provide advanced analytical support and lead India-based delivery team for high-complexity life sciences projects.

Own project delivery end-to-end ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction while managing internal and external relationships to drive business growth.

Contribute to service enhancement, business development support, and mentoring of team members within the India practice.

Graduate/Master’s degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution in relevant fields (computer science, engineering, statistics).

1-3 years experience in data science with proven impact in pharmaceutical/life sciences analytics.

Mandatory experience with AI/ML; Gen AI experience is a plus.

Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Experience executing data & analytics engagements specifically in pharmaceutical and life sciences commercialization contexts (e.g., sales force analytics, omnichannel).

Strong operational leadership ability to manage delivery teams and client stakeholder relationships across international US-India matrix environments.

Skilled in solving unstructured, complex pharma problems with demonstrated mentoring and team leadership capabilities.
