About This Role
- Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range financial planning for international business units.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results with variance analysis and develop financial models for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with global stakeholders to provide insights and improve financial performance, including reporting and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting international or regional FP&A activities within a multinational or matrixed environment.
- Comfortable working with complex financial data, scenario analysis, and communicating insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Background or exposure to healthcare, medical device, manufacturing industries, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.
